As your therapist, I’m real and I’m approachable. I will meet you where you are while providing you a safe and comforting space to process those overbearing thoughts and feelings. We will work through your challenges and highlight your strengths to help you build skills, learn self-compassion, and feel happier.

Through my own journey with mental health and therapy, I learned how to handle my anxiety and change my thinking patterns.
